Defauly Creek is located near Spuzzum, British Columbia, Canada. Defauly Creek is a small salmon-spawning creek that feeds into the Fraser River. The easiest access point to the creek is found about 2 km south of the village of Spuzzum where it can be found crossing under the Trans-Canada Highway through a large culvert.

The creek was named after local pioneer Marco De Fauly who homesteaded in the area with his family in the 1930s.
