Declan Maxwell is a Gaelic footballer from County Leitrim, Ireland, and is a member of the Leitrim inter-county panel since 2002. He has played with Leitrim at all levels but is yet to have much success.
He is a former member of the Drumreilly club, he won a senior league medal with the club but has yet to win a County Championship A title but has won a B title.
