Deborah Kathleen Watson (born 28 September 1965 in Sydney) is an Australian water polo player who captained the Australian team which won the gold medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics.

In 2006, she became the first female waterpolo player to make it into the Australian Sports Hall of Fame. In 2008, she was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame.
