Deb Lawrence (born 1958 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American contemporary artist based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Deb graduated from Ann Arbor Community High School in 1976 and pursued courses at the University of Michigan, concurrently. She attended Middlebury College in Vermont for one year and then returned to Ann Arbor, graduating from the University of Michigan with her Bachelor of Arts in 1980, and subsequently earning her Ph.D. in child clinical psychology from CWRU. While she worked as a child therapist part-time, she continued to pursue art, studying under Gerald Vandevier, Professor Emeritus of drawing and painting from the Cleveland Institute of Art.
She is represented by Lawrence Fine Art (no relation) in East Hampton, New York.
