In Daymon Worldwide SA Inc. v CCMA and Others, an important case in South African labour law, the Labour Court followed the recent decision of the Supreme Court of Appeal in Murray v Minister of Defence, finding that a company had done what it could to assist a woman who had resigned because she had allegedly been sexually harassed. Her resignation, therefore, did not constitute constructive dismissal.
