David Ramage (born 25 June 1939) is an Australian rower who competed at two Olympic Games.

He competed at the 1964 Tokyo Olynpics in the men's eights and the 1968 Mexico City Olympics in the men's coxless pairs. He won a silver medal at the 1962 Perth Commonwealth Games in the men's coxed four.
