David J. North is an American screenwriter and producer who has worked on shows such as the "Late Show with David Letterman", "Scorpion (TV series)", "Rizzoli & Isles (TV series)", "NCIS: Los Angeles", and the celebrated crime drama "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" which he has both written and produced since its inception in 2003.
To date he has penned more than thirty NCIS episodes including the two-part season five finale, Judgment Day Part 1 & 2 (co-written with "Steven D. Binder"), and the season six finale, Aliyah.
North is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University and currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California.
