David Maiden is a former rugby league player.
After David finished at North Queensland Cowboys in 1995 he moved to England to play for Gateshead Thunder. The original Gateshead club later merged with Hull F.C. Rugby League Club and David played a number of seasons for Hull F.C. He now coaches the Northern Pride Rugby League Club which is based in Cairns, North Queensland and plays in the Queensland Cup.
Maiden was a Scotland international and played at the 2000 Rugby League World Cup.
