David James Erskine, born 14 October 1969 in Waltham Forest, London, is a former Irish international rugby union player. He played as a flanker and a lock for Sale Sharks in 1997-98, and in 2012 former Sale lock Dave Baldwin named him at blindside flanker in his Sale "dream team". He represented the Irish Exiles, played once for the Ulster provincial team in the Heineken Cup in 1995, and won three caps for Ireland, all in 1997.
