David Dale is a former Democratic US politician from Lancaster, New York. Dale represented the 5th District in the Erie County Legislature. He also served as a Sloan village attorney.
Dale served as a legislator from 2002-2003.
In 2012, Dale pled guilty to first-degree felony scheme to defraud and one count of practice of law by an attorney who has been disbarred. His appeal was denied in February 2013.
