David Carabott (born 18 May 1968 in Marsaxlokk, Malta) is a former professional footballer who played for many teams in Malta, where he used to play as a defender or midfielder. He holds the second most appearances for the Malta national football team, having earned 122 caps during an 18-year international career. During a match against England in 2000, Carabott nearly earned Malta a memorable draw, scoring a penalty and having another saved as Malta lost 2-1.

Carabott retired from professional football in 2011, at the age of 43.
