David Belitski



David Belitski (born February 20, 1977) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender, who played for the Kitchener Rangers. He represented Canada at the 1994, U-18 Junior World Cup in Mexico City winning the gold medal.

David Belitski was the starting goaltender for the OHL Kitchener Rangers from 1993 through 1997. He appeared in 246 games. Over the next few years Belitski played in Germany for the Bietigheim-Bissingen SC Steelers, the Nordhron GEC and the Kaufbeuren ESV. He returned to North America for the 2003-04 season splitting time between the ECHL's Roanoke Express and the AHL's Toronto Roadrunners. Another year in Germany followed before David Belitski retired following his final season in the ECHL in 2007.

David has specialized in teaching children the art of goaltending for more than a decade in conjunction with his training of professional goalies in Germany. He now runs the Belitski Elite Goaltending Hockey Camp in North Toronto, in partnership with Future Stars Arena at 1107 Finch Avenue West.
