Dave's Killer Bread is an American company based in Milwaukie, Oregon, which makes organic whole-grain breads. It was founded in 2005 by Dave Dahl, who learned the baking trade growing up in his family bakery. The company has steadily grown, expanding from 30 employees to more than 190 by 2010 and to 280 by the end of 2012, and has been covered by The New York Times and MSNBC. As of 2012, its bread was being sold at stores in 11 western states.
In July 2015, Flowers Foods purchased the company for $275 million.
