Dariyabad is a locality/township of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Originally it was dominated by Shias, we can also see some of the historical monuments build by them. There are lots of Imambaras which are waqf nazr-e-Hussain now like Imambargah Jaddan Meer Sahab, Imambara Mazloom Husain Abidi sb., Imambara Arabali Khan, Imambara Nawab Begum (Bada Ghar), Imambara Dilbari Begum & Imambara Hussain Ali etc. All these Imambaras are located in Dariyabad.
You can also see a brotherlyhood between Shias and Sunnis as they are equal in population and a good understanding between them.
It is surrounded by River Yamuna from one side.
