Danny Sullivan is a fictional footballer on Sky One's television drama Dream Team.

Danny Sullivan was signed to Harchester United in 2000. He progressed through the squad and made his debut on 26 December 2000. His debut was marred by a fight in which Danny had his jaw broken by a punch from Charlton player and future Harchester United team-mate Eugene Rose. He came back in to the squad at the start of the next season. He played this year under the name Danny Husbands due to this being his recently deceased mother's maiden name. Danny scored some important goals in his time with the Dragons, including a header in a match against Manchester United in the final game of the 2003/04 season. This goal helped Harchester to Champions League football. Danny then lost all bar two of his team-mates in the dreadful coach explosion after the 2004/05 playoff final victory. Sullivan was made captain under Felix Hahn and was captain as Harchester reached the Carling Cup final, in which Danny scored an own goal to win Chelsea the cup, and also won the FA Cup. Danny was forced to retire due to injury in the 2006/07 injury after an incident in a game while on loan at Southend United. Danny then had a mental breakdown. He was put in jail for five years after it was discovered that he had caused the 'Lair Stadium Fire' under the guise of Dragonslayer, he still failed to prevent Harchester's title win. In a gesture of goodwill Danny was presented with a medal for the title win by Harchester manager Jimmy Craig on his release from Harchester Prison in late June 2013. Danny has now been accepted back in to the Harchester set up and runs the Harchester youth team squad. His son Jack is now 10 years old and a member of the Youth Team squad that Danny manages.
