Artist Daniel Bombardier Paints Artcite

Daniel Bombardier (AKA D3N!@L or DENIAL) is a Canadian street artist based out of Windsor, Ontario. His moniker is a phonetic mix-up representing his first name, and by definition, pokes fun at modern advertising, politics, and media messages that society is often "in denial" about.

DENIAL is best known for his prolific worldwide sticker art campaign started in 2000. Since the starting of the campaign Daniel has received thousands of submissions from dozens of countries across 4 continents. The campaign is worldwide and anyone can request a sticker package through his website to participate. The best submissions from each year are compiled into photo books produced and independently released through DENIAL Art.

DENIAL creates much of his artwork through the use of intricate stencils and spray paint on wood panels. Additionally he creates site specific installations across Canada and the USA thus far, using various medias including stencils, wheat paste and traditional graffiti techniques.

In 2011 DENIAL began working with Gallery 323 to create limited edition panels of his street art which were distributed through several galleries across Canada and the United States as well as being featured on popular time-released art website. DENIAL has thus far released 7 limited editions through 2012.

In 2011 DENIAL worked with Deadboy on anti Rob Ford graffiti which was featured in Now Magazine as well as touring across Canada from Ontario to Vancouver with the One of a Kind Show].
