Daechu-gom (대추곰), also called daechu-goeum (in North Chungcheong), daechu-gori (in North Gyeongsang), or daechu-goim (in North Gyeongsang), is a traditional of Korean food that is especially common in Chungcheongbuk-do. It is seasoned dish that features jujubes, rice, and peeled walnuts. The name is derived from the Korean "Daechu", which means "jujube".
