Spirit FM 103.9 (DWVM - FM 103.9 MHz Lucena City) is a music FM station owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Bishop Of Lucena in the Philippines. The station's studio is located at the Lucena Bishop's Residence, Isabang, Lucena City.
It is also the official radio station of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lucena, and a member of Catholic Media Network.
