It was founded by Degandartl (2015) and brothers David and Mark Watson 1992 as DM Records and by 2001 merged the music catalogs of DM Records, Inchiban, Bellmark Records, Critique, Ichiban Blues, Lighthouse Point Entertainment, DM Nashville, Life Records, Altered, Soul Classics, Sky Records, Naked Language, Techno 404 and Wild Dog Blues.
