The D.S. Chamberlain Building is an historic building located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. It was built in 1917 and housed the Taylor Motor Car Company for many years. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007 as a part of the Architectural Legacy of Proudfoot & Bird in Iowa MPS.
