Cyril Robert Seelenmeyer (29 April 1892 – 8 August 1918) was an Australian rules footballer who played with University in the Victorian Football League.

He served with the Army Veterinary Corps during the First World War. For saving pack animals (which were crucial supplies), he was awarded the Military Cross in the 1918 Birthday Honours. He was killed in action in France in August 1918.
