Cyries Energy Inc., was a public company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada engaged in exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the province of Alberta. During the year ended December 31, 2006, approximately 62% of the Company’s drilling program was concentrated in the Deep Basin/Peace River Arch area of northwestern Alberta.
In 2008, the company merged into Iteration Energy Ltd, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary.
