Cymbopteryx extralinea is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Dyar in 1914. It is found in Mexico (Puebla).

The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are blackish grey, the veins finely lined in whitish. The outer line is whitish. The hindwings are fuscous. Adults have been recorded on wing in September.
