Cymbalophora rivularis is a moth of the family Erebidae. It is found in central Italy, the Balkan Peninsula, western Iran, Dagestan, Armenia and western Azerbaijan.

The wingspan is 20–30 mm.

The larvae feed on Taraxacum and Plantago species.
