Cycloramphus faustoi is a species of frog in the Cycloramphidae family. It is endemic to Ilha dos Alcatrazes, a 1.5 km2 (0.58 sq mi) island about 35 km off the coast of São Paulo state, Brazil.

Cycloramphus faustoi are known from a small valley in a dry stream bed, bordered by Atlantic forest. It appears to be scarce. The habitat is threatened by fires caused by artillery training activities.

Reproduction seems to occur in August. Females guard their egg clutch.
