Crocus ancyrensis, sometimes known as the Ankara crocus, is a species of flowering plant in the genus Crocus of the family Iridaceae, endemic to North and central Turkey.

The plant commonly flowers between the months of February to April at 1000-1600 m altitude. It commonly grows near rocks, bushes and pines. Rich in sugar and starch, it can be combined with onions to be eaten. It is a common staple in Anatolia.
