Two cops are partnered together and decide to protect two beautiful women who are actually rivalsone, a woman released from prison, the other, an actress who's been targeted for rapewhile in search of escaped murderous convicts.

Summary

The movie tells of an ace detective named Happy (Andy Lau) after an accident leaves him with a life-threatening injury and he is retired from the elite "Flying Tigers" Squad.

Desperately in need of cash to pay for an operation for his sick mother, he teams up with Bad odor Chuen (Alex Man), another cop requiring money, to track down and catch a gang of high tech thieves with bounties on their heads. They are helped by Bitch Ying (Sandra Ng), the girlfriend of a hacker working with the gang.
