Cox 4 is a local cable-only Public, educational, and government access (PEG) cable tv station in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Lafayette, which signed on the air around 2001. It provides local programming which reflects the diversity of Louisiana. The station airs programming in entertainment, health, education, sports, and Louisiana culture.

The station airs three local high school football games, televised live, in its "Cox 4 Game of the Week." There are also programs that discuss academic and athletic issues associated with LSU and Southern University. In addition, the channel offers online streaming of several of its programs and many of its games of the week.
