County Hospital (Welsh: Ysbyty'r Sir) is the only hospital in the county borough of Torfaen, Wales. It is located in Griffithstown, a suburb of Pontypool. It is often referred to locally as Panteg Hospital. Since 2009 it has been managed by Aneurin Bevan Local Health Board.

The oldest parts of the hospital were built in 1837 as a workhouse as part of the Pontypool Poor Law Union. It was extended throughout the Victorian period and again in the early parts of the twentieth century.

The hospital was significantly downgraded in the early 1990s and lost its maternity wards and full accident and emergency facility. The Minor Injuries Unit was closed in November 2011. The purpose built Osteoporosis unit was opened in 2010 and it is the only Osteoporosis and Bone Density unit for the Aneurin Bevan Health Board. A Pain Management Centre for all of Aneurin Bevan Local Health Board's patients was opened in December 2011.

The Talygarn Unit in the grounds of County Hospital provides mental health services, comprising an adult inpatient ward of 22 beds and a Day Hospital for 25 adults.
