Cooch Behar II (community development block) is an administrative division in Cooch Behar Sadar subdivision of Cooch Behar district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Koch Bihar police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Pundibari. There is one census town in this block: Khagrabari.
