The General Convention of the Assemblies of God in Brazil (CGADB) is an organization for the purpose of aggregating and coordinating the churches Assembly of God in Brazil. It is governed by law of the CEC (Council of Education and Culture) and their schools (including University Centers accredited by it).
Political participation
In 2015 the Convention has mobilized over 40,000 pastors to collect signatures that enable the creation of a new political party that brings together all political denomination. The proposed name of the party is Republican Christian Party - PRC, the goal is to involve all political currents within the church.
