Consumer Rights & No-Tolls is an Australian political party registered with the Australian Electoral Commission on 7 March 2016.

The Consumer Rights & No-Tolls Party has been registered with the Electoral Commission Queensland for state and local government elections since 23 October 2015, and Jeffrey Hodges stood for Mayor of Brisbane in the 2016 Brisbane City Council Mayoral election on 19 March 2016, receiving 12,600 first preference votes (2.11%).

Hodges was the only candidate endorsed by the party for the 2016 federal election, for the House of Representatives seat of Rankin.
