PP-4 (Rawalpindi-IV) is a Constituency of Provincial Assembly of Punjab.

General Election were to be held on 18 February 2008.PPP had awarded the ticket to Malik Fida Khan Fida. PML.N had Placed Riaz Anwar. Mahfooz Khan Ex MNA had fielded his wife an independent Candidate also Ex MNA and Federal Minister Tahreem Mahfooz.
