Oliveira "has shaken up the airline world in Brazil by launching the country's first successful low-cost airline, GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (GOL Intelligent Airlines). The company went public in June 2004 and under de Oliveira's leadership as chief executive, it has grown to be one of the nation's three largest airlines. He shares the controlling stake in GOL with his three brothers - Henrique Constantino, Joaquim Constantino Neto, Ricardo Constantino - all new billionaires (see all) as well.
