Formerly known as Liberty Prairie Conservancy, Conserve Lake County works with groups and individuals in Lake County, Illinois to preserve open space, protect clean water and native species.
It also provides information to homeowners on how to incorporate native plants in their landscaping, through the Conservation@Home program. It is a member of Chicago Wilderness.
