Connor Goggin (born December 28, 1988) is an American professional ice hockey defenceman. He is currently playing for the Norwegian club, Frisk Asker of the GET-ligaen. He is the older brother of former Boston Bruins draft pick Mark Goggin.

Playing career

Goggin played his college hockey at Dartmouth College for the Big Green who play in the ECAC hockey conference at the NCAA Division 1 level.

Goggin spent 4 years at Dartmouth playing 123 games and scoring 14 goals, 27 assists for 41 points while racking up 165 penalty minutes. Goggin was named to the NCAA All-Ivy League Second Team after the 2011–12 season.

After his final season at Dartmouth Goggin signed an amateur try-out contract with the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League for the end of the 2011–12 season. He played 12 games for the IceHogs picking up 2 assists during that time.

The Trenton Titans of the ECHL signed Goggin for the 2012–13 season on October 9, 2012.

Goggin left the Titans and signed to try out with the Idaho Steelheads at the start of the 2013–14 season and attended the Worcester Sharks training camp but was unsuccessful in earning a spot with the team and was returned to the Steelheads.

On November 12, 2013 the Steelheads traded Goggin to the Orlando Solar Bears for future considerations. In 48 games with the Solar Bears, Goggin finished with 8 goals and 17 points.

On June 28, 2014, Goggin signed abroad as a free agent on a one-year deal with Norwegian club, Frisk Askers of the GET-ligaen.
