Columbus and Ohio River Railroad (reporting mark CUOH) is a railroad in the U.S. state of Ohio owned by Genesee & Wyoming Inc.

It begins in Columbus along CSX Transportation and Norfolk Southern Railway tracks and stretches to Mingo Junction, Ohio near Steubenville just on the Ohio river. It has two interchanges with CSX and NS at Columbus. There is an interchange with NS near Mingo Junction. This railroad connects with Ohio Central Railroad in Coshocton, Ohio and Zanesville, Ohio. Ohio Central is owned by the same company. There are trackage rights in Columbus, Ohio There are four branches along the line. One goes to Mount Vernon, Ohio. The second one goes to Byesville, Ohio. The third one goes to Georgetown, Ohio. The final branch, on Ohi-Rail trackage rights, goes to North Apex, Ohio.

The company was acquired by Genesee & Wyoming in 2008 as part of its purchase of the Ohio Central Railroad System.
