Colion Noir (real name Collins Idehen) is a gun rights activist, lawyer, member of the National Rifle Association (NRA), and the host of the web series Noir on the NRA's online video channel NRA Freestyle. He is popular on the Internet, and had over 7 million views on his YouTube channel as of March 2013, and over 300,000 subscribers to his channel as of June 2015. According to U.S. News & World Report, in 2013, the NRA recruited Noir to appear in NRA News videos in subsequent months. Later that year, he appeared at its convention, in Houston.
Education
The son of a chef and a registered nurse, Noir graduated from high school in Houston. He went on to earn a political science degree from University of Houston and a law degree from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.
