Cochylis molliculana is a moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece and Cyprus.
The wingspan is 11–15 mm.
The larvae feed on Picris echioides. They feed within the seedheads of their host plant.
