History
Clinton Township was named for the son of a pioneer settler.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.78 square miles (92.7 km2), of which 35.73 square miles (92.5 km2) (or 99.86%) is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2) (or 0.17%) is water. Fish Lake is in this township.
