Clinton Lee Young

Clinton Lee Young (born July 19, 1983) was convicted of two murders dating back to November 2001 and is awaiting execution by lethal injection in the state of Texas. His execution is due to take place on October 26, 2017. He has claimed that he is innocent of the crime and that poor police investigation, inadequate lawyers, suppression of favorable evidence, and false testimonies in exchange for favorable treatment caused him to be convicted of capital murder.

Young is known for his Uncensored from Texas Death Row articles, previously written by Richard Cartwright and Paul Colella. Colella had his sentence commuted in August 2003 while Cartwright was executed in May 2005, prompting Young to take over production of the articles.
