In May 2014 Clarizen raised $35 million in a venture funding round led by Goldman Sachs & Co. The round brings the total money raised to $90 million. All existing investors, including Benchmark Capital, Carmel Ventures, DAG Ventures, Opus Capital and Vintage Investment Partners participated in the round.
