Clarin is a 5th municipal income class municipality in the province of Bohol, Philippines, located 61 km (38 mi) from Tagbilaran. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 20,301. In the 2016 electoral roll, it had 13,743 registered voters.

2013 Bohol earthquake
Clarin was severely affected by the 2013 Bohol earthquake that damaged 1358 homes, of which 221 were totally destroyed, as well as the Catholic church.
