Clarence J. Habelman was a political candidate in Wisconsin. In 1946, he was a candidate for the Wisconsin State Senate. He lost to incumbent James Earl Leverich. In 1948, Habelman was candidate for the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin's 3rd congressional district. He placed third, behind Gardner R. Withrow and Frank J. Antoine. Habelman was a member of the Socialist Party of America.
