City Center Saint Petersburg is a multi-tenant office Class A complex located in downtown Saint Petersburg, Florida. Built in 1984, the 242,115 square foot, class A office complex was renovated in 2005 and is currently undergoing a renovation. Also known as The Northern Trust Bank Building, City Center is located at 100 Second Avenue South across from Al Lang Field at Progress Energy Park and the Tampa Bay Vinoy Basin.
