Cicha Wólka [ˈt͡ɕixa ˈvulka] (German: Kleinbolken; until 1938: Grappendorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kowale Oleckie, within Olecko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.
