Christopher Deighton (died 1605) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons at various times between 1572 and 1605.

Deighton was admitted at Gray's Inn in 1540. He was bailiff of Worcester in 1560. In 1572, he was elected Member of Parliament for Worcester. He was bailiff of Worcester in 1574 and in that role received Queen Elizabeth at Worcester on 13 Aug 1575. He provided a lavish reception for which he was subsequently compensated by council. He was bailiff again in 1596 and 1598. In 1601 he was elected MP for Worcester again. He was re-elected MP for Worcester in 1604 and sat until his death a year later in 1605.

Deighton married firstly Eleanor Fleet daughterof John Fleet alias Wallsgrove. He married secondly Elizabeth Booth. His son Christopher was joint searcher in the port of Gravesend.
