Christophe Boutin (born 1959) is a French political scientist. Doctor of political sciences and public law, he is a professor at the University of Caen, after having been on the staff of the Université de Bourgogne.

After a thesis on the political thought of Julius Evola, he focused his research on electoral studies, the question of decentralisation and on political parties in France.
