Chremslach (singular chremsl or chremzl, Yiddish: כרעמזל, plural כרעמזלעך), also chremzlekh, is a Jewish food eaten on Passover. Chremslach are small thick pancakes or fritters made of matza meal.
Chremslach is also the word used by Jews from Eastern Europe for Potato Latkes.
