Chiu Wen-ying (born (1988-04-10)10 April 1988) is a Taiwanese female volleyball player. She was part of the Chinese Taipei women's national volleyball team.
She participated at the 2006 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Japan, and at the 2007 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. She played with NKNU.
